Youth Groups Advisor

Hi All! My name is Hannah Robin. I am SO excited to be welcomed into your community as the youth advisor for CORY, Junior CORY and Kiddish Kids!

Currently, I am a student at Montgomery College majoring in paralegal studies and communications. During the week you can find me working at a law firm in Rockville as a paralegal. During my free time I love to cook, craft and watch classic movies. I graduated from Northwest High School in 2016. In high school I was the captain of my school’s Forensics (competitive speaking) team and a part of the Forensics Honors Society, the Quill and Scroll Honors Society and the Theatre Honors Society. I was also a member of Ko’ach BBG and went to Camp Louise for a number of years. All the time I spent at Jewish youth groups and Jewish summer camps have had a huge impact on who I am today.

Come join me on August 12 for our youth intake night! Parents and kids are invited. You can meet me, and we can all discuss events that you would like to see, any concerns that you have for the upcoming year and a surprise treat! Kiddish Kids will be from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Junior CORY will be from 4:45 PM to 5:45 PM and CORY will be from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please RSVP by emailing me or let me know if you are unable to join us and I will send you everything that went on during the meeting.

I am currently working on the calendar for the year. Expect a detailed calendar in the near future. The first event for Kiddish Kids will be a SCIENCE DAY on September 15! Junior CORY will be having a Shul-in and Selichot on September 1! CORY will be having their first event on September 23, but the activity will be announced at a later date.

I want to know what you would like to see in our youth groups and if you have any questions for me. Please email me at orchadashyouthadvisor1@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

I cannot begin to express how eager I am to meet everyone and to start all of the fun and exciting programs! This year is going to be non-stop fun. Together, we are going to learn about ourselves, our community and our Judaism, all while making friends and memories that will last a life time!
