Friday Evening Shabbat Services

Shabbat Evening Services at Congregation Or Chadash are lively, warm, and personal. Erev Shabbat services are held on Friday evenings at 6:15 pm.  All services are family friendly and are approximately one hour long.

Periodically, we also schedule services with special themes such as a Meditative Shabbat, Camp Shabbat, New and Prospective Member Shabbat, and a Sermon in Song Shabbat.

Saturday Morning Services

Shabbat morning services are held whenever we have a Bar or Bat Mitzvah. These dates can be found on the temple calendar. The service starts at 10:00 a.m. with the Bar or Bat Mitzvah leading the service.

Rabbi Kobey holds Torah study weekly. It is held at 9:30 a.m. if there is no Shabbat morning service. The torah portion and topics of discussion are listed on our calendar.

Tot Shabbat

Programs for our 5ish & younger crowd vary from month to month.  Check the newsletter and calendar for  what’s happening this month and make sure to RSVP to the Temple Administrator at orchadashadmin@gmail.com
